Outpatient Therapists
I offer counseling to adolescent, couples, adults and families. I aim to create a collaborative experience and will encourage your personal values and stories to guide our journey to new insights. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration drawing from the models of Narrative therapy, CBT, and DBT.
I have gained experience through working in the foster care sector which has allowed me to work with families, couples, individuals and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and various difficulties. I specialize in the areas of family conflict, Parent-Child relationship, life adjustments, trauma, relationship issues, behavioral needs and women issues.
My desire is to empower individuals and families to navigate the challenges of life by exploring hidden strengths. We are all impacted by the mysteries of the life, and I hope to support you in confronting both the sorrows and joys life has to offer.
Alexis Harris, LPC

As a well trained therapist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, trauma, and PTSD.
My therapeutic methods take a psychodynamic, client-centered, and solution-focused approach using techniques to help you process layers of difficult emotions caused from everyday life stressors. I don’t believe therapy is a one size fits all, therefore, I tailor treatment to fit client’s needs and meet them where they are.
I stand firmly on the idea that therapy should be a safe and non- judgmental space for self-exploration, practical solutions, and personal growth. If you’re ready to embark on a journey towards emotional well- being and a brighter tomorrow, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Contact me today to schedule a session and start your path to healing.

I believe that therapy is a step towards self-discovery and unlocking the tools we need for personal growth.
As a therapist, I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their potential and build meaningful change and healing.
